Perdika Beach
A rocky swimming spot at the southern tip of Aegina, right beside the fishing village of Perdika. Less a proper beach than a place to dive into clear water and eat afterwards in the harbour tavernas.
Perdika is not a classic sandy beach but a rocky swimming area with wooden platforms and ladders down into the sea, next to the prettiest village in the south of Aegina.
The water here is usually clear and gets deep fairly close to the shore, so it works better for adults or for anyone who wants to swim and snorkel a bit. The big draw is the atmosphere: tavernas, little fishing boats and a direct view across to Moni.
It is the perfect place to combine a short swim with a walk around the harbour and then take the boat over to Moni.
